STREET CHILDREN, which premiered at 2007's Cannes Film Festival, tells the harrowing story of homeless children living on the streets of Congo-Brazzaville.
Through the story and eyes of Rod, an orphan who has grown up homeless, we get a brutal picture of children who are routinely beaten, raped, and assaulted. Yet STREET CHILDREN is not just a story of devastation and pain, but also one of redemption in the form of an Italian priest who steps in to fight for these tragically disenfranchised yet strong children.
